We are INN-Site, an INGP web tool for exchange, measurement and institutional strengthening towards innovation in public procurement.
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS)—acting as the technical secretariat of the Inter-American Network of Government Procurement (INGP)—, conducted a study to analyze and assess the level of adoption of innovation and digital transformation across 10 national public procurement agencies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
As a result of this study, the iNNSite portal was created as part of the roadmap outlined in the “Study on the Maturity Level of Innovation and Digital Transformation.” The portal serves as an interactive platform for sharing good practices and lessons learned among public procurement professionals and multisectoral actors. Its goal is to inspire and guide countries in implementing open innovation processes based on the identification of challenges and solutions, while fostering opportunities for collaboration and co-creation.
In addition, iNNSite offers a self-assessment tool—structured as a questionnaire—that enables institutions to evaluate their level of innovation and digital transformation maturity. This tool helps identify specific areas for improvement and provides tailored recommendations to advance institutional capacity in these areas.
