• The Superior Organism of State Contracting is committed to innovation. For this reason, innovation has been included in the institution's strategic lines, implying an economic and human resources commitment in favor of the entity.
- The organization has defined metrics for measuring the results obtained from innovation projects.
- The OSCE has a desk and a work team dedicated solely and exclusively to implementing innovation projects within the organization.
- The entity's management team is committed to innovation for the organization. For this reason, they are open to innovation projects that imply an improvement of the organization.
- The organization's employees are open to sharing and exploring ideas and new ways of doing things.
- The organization has been working on the definition of an incentive or compensation system to encourage and stimulate innovation.
- It could be considered that the entity does not have initiatives or efforts that allow the transfer and management of knowledge.
