
The findings by dimension and by country are presented below, obtained from the analysis carried out in the "Study of appropriation of the maturity level of innovation and digital transformation" in 10 public procurement agencies in Latin America and the Caribbean, in the year 2021. .
Thirty officials representing public procurement agencies from Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic participated in said study.

Collaboration of the entity with its environment throughout the life cycle of innovation projects that includes from the identification of a real problem, to testing, buying and implementing solutions with the support of third parties.
